Вступ

Уніфікований клінічний протокол первинної, вторинної (спеціалізованої), третинної (високоспеціалізованої) медичної допомоги «Псоріаз, включаючи псоріатичні артропатії» (УКПМД) за своєю формою, структурою та методичним підходом щодо використання вимог доказової медицини створено згідно методики, затвердженої наказом Міністерства охорони здоров’я України № 751 від 28 вересня 2012 р. «Про створення та впровадження медико-технологічних документів зі стандартизації медичної допомоги в системі Міністерства охорони здоров’я України», зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України 29 вересня 2012 р. за № 2001/22313.

УКПМД розроблений на основі медико-технологічного документа «Псоріаз, включаючи псоріатичні артропатії. Адаптована клінічна настанова, заснована на доказах».

В УКПМД зосереджено увагу на основних етапах надання медичної допомоги пацієнтам з псоріазом та псоріатичними артропатіями, підходи щодо діагностики та лікування визначено з урахуванням можливостей вітчизняної системи охорони здоров’я відповідно до рекомендацій клінічних настанов:
